The Sewing Club

The Sewing Club is a semester-long program designed to build skills for students ages 8-17. With five progressive levels to choose from, students can start as total beginners and build their way up to advanced sewing techniques over multiple semesters. Small class sizes, expert guidance, and a fun, creative environment make Sewing Club the perfect place to learn, create, and connect. Enrollment opens this July 2025 — join the club!

Details

  • You will be charged for 5 months of the Sewing Club. I’ve divided the total cost of the semester equally by month so the amount will remain the same regardless of meeting dates.

  • Classes will begin the week of August 11th and will end the week of December 8th. A calendar will be handed out on the first day of classes.

    • The class times are as follows

      • Total Beginner- Mon 4-5:30pm, Tues 1-2:30pm or Wed 10-11:30am

      • Confident Beginner- Tue 4-5:30pm, Wed 1-2:30pm, or Thurs 10-11:30am

      • Easy Intermediate- Thurs 4-5:30pm

      • Intermediate- Mon 1-2:30pm

      • Advanced- TBD

  • If your child joins a class, and they are struggling with the course material, I will recommend they join a different level class or to join for a few private lessons before joining in with the group. However, the course will move at a relaxed pace and there will be some homework that should help students feel confident with their in-class projects.

  • If for some reason, your child can no longer continue with classes, I require a 14 day notice and will cancel your subscription for the following months.

  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of the classes, if your child misses a class, no refund will be given. However, you are more than welcome to come by during the week to pick up the lesson that they missed so they can work on it on their own.

  • We will hold a fashion show on Dec. 13th, 2025. Location is TBD.
